1. About Our Services
Ivleva Consulting provides personalized career coaching, professional positioning, career development, and career transition support.
Our services may include career strategy, professional branding, resume and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, networking guidance, career advancement, and salary negotiation preparation.
Specific services, deliverables, scheduling, and program arrangements are confirmed individually in a written Coaching Agreement.

2. Nature of Career Coaching
Career coaching is a professional advisory and developmental service.
We help clients assess opportunities, strengthen their professional presentation, develop career strategies, and prepare for career-related decisions.
Ivleva Consulting is not an employment placement or recruitment agency and does not provide employment placement services.
We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, promotions, salary increases, or specific hiring outcomes.
Final decisions are made by employers and other relevant parties.

3. Client Responsibilities
Successful coaching requires active participation.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their experience and qualifications, participating in agreed coaching sessions, completing mutually agreed preparation or follow-up activities, making their own employment and career decisions, and communicating scheduling concerns in a timely manner.
Clients must not knowingly provide misleading qualifications or achievements for use in career materials.

4. Program Fees and Payments
Program pricing is displayed on our Services page and confirmed in the individual Coaching Agreement before payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payment may be made in full or through an individually agreed installment arrangement using PayPal.
For installment arrangements, payment amounts, dates, and conditions will be confirmed in writing before the program begins.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before payment.

5. Booking and Scheduling
Consultations are arranged by mutual agreement using our designated scheduling process.
Clients should provide reasonable notice when requesting to reschedule.
Specific scheduling, missed-session, and cancellation arrangements will be outlined in the Coaching Agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the client's individual Coaching Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information clients share during coaching.
Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that materials shared during coaching do not improperly disclose confidential information belonging to current or former employers or other third parties.

8. Intellectual Property
Original coaching materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided by Ivleva Consulting remain the intellectual property of Ivleva Consulting unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use materials supplied to them for their own personal career development.
Redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction requires prior written permission.
Clients retain ownership of their original resumes, personal information, and other materials they provide.

9. Professional Disclaimer
Our services provide career development guidance and professional support.
Coaching does not replace legal, immigration, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.

10. Website Content
Information on this website is intended for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but job market conditions, employer requirements, and compensation practices can change.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply.
